Les données de forte valeur ("high-value datasets ou HVD en anglais) sont des données ouvertes du secteur public issues de 6 thématiques prioritaires : geospatial, observation de la terre et environnement, météorologie, statistiques, entreprises et propriété des entreprises, mobilité. Ces données sont mises à disposition gratuitement et de manière à faciliter au maximum les réutilisations pour stimuler l'innovation économique et sociale. La liste de ces données est fixée par le règlement UE 2023/138.
