Description

translate.lu is an independent translation and language-learning service dedicated to Luxembourgish. Translation and Tutor features are powered by a free-tier Mistral AI model.

To improve linguistic accuracy, the service uses the Lëtzebuerger Online Dictionnaire (LOD) as an authoritative reference for Luxembourgish vocabulary, spelling, grammar, word meanings, and conjugation.

Luxembourgish pronunciation is generated using RHVoice, a free and open-source speech-synthesis system, with the Mia and Mil voices.

translate.lu is independently operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mistral AI, LOD, or RHVoice.
