Clarvia ASBL publishes openly licensed, machine-readable workflow data that models the administrative steps citizens must take after a complex life event. Our first published domain is bereavement in Luxembourg.

What we publish

The Clarvia Graph is an open consequence graph encoding obligations, rights, deadlines, and required evidence as structured data. Every node is traced to an official government source URL with provenance metadata.

• Coverage: Luxembourg bereavement workflows — trilingual (EN / FR / DE), including cross-border corridors (FR, DE, BE, PT)

How we use public data

Clarvia does not replace official guidance; we structure it. Each task in the graph links directly to its authoritative source, extending European interoperability vocabularies (CPSV-AP, CCCEV) with source-level traceability and temporal validity.

Privacy

The web layer evaluates all conditions client-side. Zero personal data is collected or transmitted.
