In the context of the european regulation 2023/138, the Information and press service is in charge of the reporting to the EU Commission about the high-value datasets, that have been published in Luxembourg.
As stated in the regulation, the report contains the following information:

1. a list of specific datasets corresponding to the description of each high-value dataset in the Annex to the Regulation and with online reference to metadata that follow existing standards, such as a single register or open data catalogue;
2. persistent link to the licensing conditions applicable to the re-use of high-value datasets listed in the Annex to the Regulation, per dataset referred to in point 1);
3. persistent link to the APIs ensuring access to the high-value datasets listed in the Annex to the Regulation, per dataset referred to in point 1);

This report is based on the non-binding template proposed by the EU Commission.
