Lex: Luxembourg law as it stood on any date

Description

Lex queries the Legilux SPARQL endpoint published in this dataset and builds a temporal
layer on top of it: what a law said on a given date, not only the text in force today.

1,409 consolidated works and 4,705 dated versions in French, German, English and
Luxembourgish, plus ten EU acts from EUR-Lex.

Every version has a permalink, an explicit validity interval, per-article history, and a
SHA-256 chain back to the bytes published by the Service central de législation, so an
answer can be verified rather than trusted.

A public MCP endpoint (https://law.soufien.lu/mcp) exposes ten read-only tools with no key
and no signup, so an AI assistant can be pointed straight at the corpus. Derived data is
published under CC-BY and the server code under Apache-2.0.

Only official endpoints are used, robots.txt is respected, and requests carry an
identifying User-Agent.
