Hello, I compared this dataset (non-telemetric) against the telemetric dataset adds values differ, sometimes 2 times. The closest correlation was 89% when I was comparing night values agaist MEA_VALUE, which I suspect is a daily average. However, taking an average of telemetric data and comparing it to MEA_VALUE leads to the same issue, where values differ a lot. For the context, I would like either to join these two datasets for an analysis or use only non telemetric data, but 2021 data is missing as per a posting below. Thanks.
Hello, The missing file for PM10-2021 has been fixed and should accessible from 24.05.2023 on. Differences between telemetric datasets and filter datasets are "normal". Telemetric data for PM10 is only used to inform citizens in real time in case of high concentration levels. The filter methode is the reference methode for PM10 and is used to verifie compliance regarding limite values.

Hello, I wanted to give you a short additional explanation to your question. As each filter is sampled for nearly 24 hours (23h58min, 2 min being lost for filter transfer), the MEA value at PM10 and PM2.5 is actually a daily average value.

Moien, I would like to analyze the air quality / particles in Luxembourg Country, I believe these data sets ( https://download.data.public.lu/resources/qualite-air-reseaux-non-telemetriques/20200325-040047/pm2-5-2020.csv ) have the information but I am missing the location of the sensors, ideally as lat/long ? I believe it is linked to the field "PLA_CODE" . Thanks in advance.
