  • Stops / Disruptions

    Marcos Correia
    August 20, 2021

Morning, First, thank you so much for creating this platform and to actively reply. Superb job. Besides live data you also have disruption data. However, many times, and especially with AVL buses, you periodically remove bus stops that will be affected by some kind of disruption (main event; construction work) even if it is for a day. At the same time, on the disruption data, you give the same information. Nevertheless, as stops were already removed the disruption information won't work, being counter-productive. Do you think it is possible to stop removing stops that are going to suffer disruption from the main GTFS?

Thank you for your Feedback concerning our GTFS Data. We have no control over the disruptive data, as we publish the timetable data as we receive it from the operators.

  • Stable URL for the latest dataset

First of all, thank you very much for providing an aggregated dataset covering multiple operators, which makes it much easier to use the data! Would it be possible to provide a stable URL which always redirects to the latest NeTEx feed? Currently, there is a new separate dataset (and therefore a new URL) every week or so. This prevents developers from automatically fetching the latest feed at all times, requiring someone to manually look up the new feed URL every 7 days, which is an infeasible amount of work for larger projects, potentially leading to outdated transit information being used.

  • Could the timetables be a bit longer?

    Stefan de Konink

At this moment the timetable is less than a month. Could they be longer like it was before?

The validity of the data is published as received from the operators.

The current data publication ends at 30 May 2021, but not beyond that. I like the fact that mobiliteit.lu also ends at this exact moment, but it does show there is a problem with publication at the operators.

  • Passenger car decks

    James Thompson
    June 27, 2020

I'm looking for an estimate on the average number of passenger car decks in a train (for a train with 3 double-deck cars this number would be 6, for example). This information does not appear to be in the data, but is there some means by which I could get such an estimate? Thanks!
