La Centrale des Bilans archive et publie les données financières des entreprises et commerçants luxembourgeois soumis au dépôt en ligne de leurs comptes annuels sur la plateforme électronique de collecte des données financières (eCDF). La Centrale des Bilans met à disposition du public ces données financières sous une forme structurée, c.-à-d. les fichiers diffusés sur ce site sont exploitables informatiquement. L’utilisateur y trouve en outre des instructions permettant d’exploiter les données comptables en langage XML. Ces jeux de données peuvent contenir plusieurs millions de lignes au format XML et il convient de ce fait de disposer d’un logiciel adéquat afin d’exploiter, de traiter et/ou d’afficher l’ensemble de ces enregistrements.

L’Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques (STATEC) est le gestionnaire de la Centrale des Bilans. Le STATEC attribue une licence CC-Creative Commons du type BY-SA à tous les jeux de données de la Centrale des Bilans, ce qui confère aux utilisateurs le droit de distribuer, modifier, adapter, créer des œuvres/produits dérivés, y compris à des fins commerciales. Les obligations des utilisateurs liées à la licence CC-BY-SA consistent à :

• créditer la source d’origine avec l’indication « Source: STATEC – Centrale des Bilans » ;
• préciser le cas échéant les modifications effectuées ;
• distribuer l’œuvre/le produit dérivé sous la même licence CC-BY-SA.

Le STATEC n’exerce aucun contrôle préalable sur les informations de la Centrale des Bilans, telles que déposées par les entreprises et commerçants au Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés du Luxembourg (RCS). En tant que fournisseur de données, le STATEC ne saurait être tenu responsable des conséquences éventuellement dommageables résultant de l’exploitation, interprétation, altération ou analyse par les utilisateurs ou par des tiers des données de la Centrale des Bilans.

The Central Balance Sheet Office archives and publishes financial data from the annual accounts of resident companies and merchants subject to the online filing of their annual accounts on the electronic collection platform of financial data (eCDF). The Central Balance Sheet Office provides this financial information to the general public in a structured format, meaning that the files released on this website can be processed with appropriate IT tools. This website also provides the necessary technical documentation that allows the processing of the accounting data in XML. These data sets may count several million lines in XML format, such that we recommend using an adequate application that enables the user to extract, process and/or display all content.

The National Institute for Statistics and Economic Studies (STATEC) is the administrative authority of the Central Balance Sheet Office. STATEC attributes a CC-Creative Commons BY-SA license to all data sets of the Central Balance Sheet Office, conferring to users the right to disseminate, modify, adapt, create derivative work/products, including for commercial purposes. Users’ obligations related to the CC-BY-SA license consist of:

• referencing the data source with the citation “Source: STATEC – Central Balance Sheet Office” ;
• indicating modifications where applicable ;
• disseminating any derivative work/product under an identical CC-BY-SA license.

STATEC does not proceed to any verification of primary data from the Central Balance Sheet Office, corresponding to the original filing by companies and merchants to the Luxembourg Trade and Company Register (RCS). As a data provider, STATEC may not be liable for any damage possibly caused by the extraction, interpretation, alteration or analysis of the data from the Central Balance Sheet Office by users or third parties.

Die Bilanzzentrale archiviert und veröffentlicht Finanzdaten der in Luxemburg ansässigen Unternehmen und Geschäftsleute, die zu einer online-Abgabe ihrer Jahresabschlüsse auf der elektronischen Plattform zur Erfassung von Finanzdaten (eCDF) verpflichtet sind. Die Bilanzzentrale stellt der Allgemeinheit diese Finanzdaten in einer strukturierten Form zur Verfügung, d.h. die auf dieser Webseite veröffentlichten Dateien können elektronisch verarbeitet werden. Der Benutzer findet hier auch weitere Anleitungen um die buchhalterischen Daten in XML Sprache zu erschlieβen. Die Datensätze können einige Millionen an Zeilen im XML Format enthalten und es ist daher ratsam auf eine adäquate Software zurückzugreifen, die es ermöglicht alle Datensätze zu erschlieβen, zu verarbeiten oder darzustellen.

Das Nationale Institut für Statistik und Wirtschaftsstudien (STATEC) ist amtlicher Verwalter der Bilanzzentrale. STATEC erteilt allen Datensätzen der Bilanzzentrale eine CC-Creative Commons Lizenz des Typs BY-SA, die die Benutzer dazu berechtigt Folgeerzeugnisse/-produkte zu erstellen, zu verarbeiten, umzuändern, zu veräuβern, dies auch zu kommerziellen Zwecken. Die sich daraus ergebenden Verpflichtungen für den Benutzer bestehen aus:

• der Quellenangabe mit dem Verweis „Quelle: STATEC – Bilanzzentrale“ ;
• dem Hinweis auf etwaige Umänderungen ;
• einer Veräuβerung des Folgeerzeugnisses/-produkts unter gleicher CC-BY-SA Lizenz.

STATEC gewährleistet keine Verifizierung der ursprünglichen Daten aus der Bilanzzentrale, entsprechend der von den Unternehmen und Geschäftsleuten im luxemburger Handels- und Firmenregister (RCS) hinterlegten Informationen. STATEC ist als Datenvertreiber nicht verantwortlich für etwaige Schäden, die durch die Erschlieβung, Interpretation, Umänderung oder Analyse der Daten aus der Bilanzzentrale durch Benutzer oder Drittpersonen entstehen können.
