MS implementation of IED (Annex II of Commission Implementing Decision 2018/1135)

Information on waste incineration plants and waste co-incineration plants with a nominal capacity of less than 2 tonnes per hour and on installations covered by Chapter V of Directive 2010/75/EU.

This reporting obligation refers to the implementation of the Industrial Emissions Directive (Directive 2010/75/EU) and covers only Annex II of the Commission Implementing Decision 2018/1135. The information reported relates to two areas, namely:

A reference to the list of installations made publicly available in accordance with Article 55(3) of Directive 2010/75/EU.
Summary information on installations covered by Chapter V of Directive 2010/75/EU.
The format to be used is an Excel sheet template prepared by the European Commission and referred to below. The reference year to be reported is 2021. Please follow the instructions of the template.
