Air Quality - Telemetric network
Description
The telemetric network comprises fixed and mobile measuring stations across Luxembourg, in rural, urban and urban-traffic areas. The network measures air quality in real time and tracks changes in levels of the main pollutants, including nitrogen dioxide, ozone and fine particles. This network serves as a basis for informing and alerting the population, especially sensitive individuals, in the event of pollution peaks. An air quality application has also been developed as part of the drive to improve public information.
