Description

An openly licensed, machine-readable rebuild of the Observatoire de l'Habitat commune price series, joined to independently computed asking-price aggregates from active residential listings.

18,069 rows across 7 tables, in Parquet and CSV, covering 2007-2026:

  • registered transaction sale prices per commune and quarter (1,935 rows)
  • advertised rents per commune, quarter, property type and dwelling-size bracket (9,470 rows)
  • advertised sale prices per commune, property type and year (4,139 rows)
  • an asking-price snapshot for every one of the 100 communes
  • the commune registry, and the French frontalier commune belt as geography

Every Luxembourg commune is present, including those where no statistic clears a publication threshold, so absence is explicit rather than silent. Suppressed official cells are preserved as rows with a stated suppression rule, so a gap is never mistaken for a zero. Asking prices, registered transaction prices and advertised rents are kept as three distinct measures and each table states which it carries.

No cross-border price series is published: no official French, Belgian or German source has yet produced prices at a resolution honest enough to publish, and the specific obstacle for each source is published as data rather than left as a silence.
