Article 26 of the ODS Regulation 1005/2009 requires EU Member States to report to the Commission,
a)quantities of halons installed, used an stored for critical uses, the measures taken to reduce their emissions and an estimate of such emissions, and progress in evaluating and using adequate alternatives;
b)cases of illegal trade, in particular those detected during inspections
