High-value datasets (HVDs) are open public sector datasets from six priority themes: geospatial, Earth observation and environment, meteorology, statistics, companies and company ownership, and mobility. These datasets are made available free of charge and in a way that maximizes reuse to stimulate economic and social innovation. The list of these datasets is defined by EU Regulation 2023/138.
