industrial emissions.\n\n3) From 2023 reporting year (Reporting deadline 30/11/2024), the compulsory reporting of production volume data from E-PRTR facilities by Member States, as specified in Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/142 (http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec_impl/2022/142/oj).\n\nThis obligation brings together the previous separated obligations
